Coaching works !

Coaching offers you the opportunity to make significant changes in important parts of your life with one-to-one focus and attention. This can be a very practical and effective way to grow into the kind of person and the sort of roles you can maybe only imagine now.

Sample Coaching Packages

Enrol for a series of sessions of coaching (e.g. 4-6) to concentrate on particular aspects of leadership and communication: e.g. voice, presentation, connection, dealing with potential conflict.

Coaching works well if you undertake a set number of sessions to give the series direction. You can of course adjust the arrangement as you go, or cancel at any time.

Book a session to work on a particular event, presentation or speech, to focus entirely on delivery and impact, or to include design and preparation. This is a popular option for senior people in corporations wanting to achieve particular outcomes in limited time.

If you combine voice coaching with the open workshop in London, "Voice of Influence", you have a powerful combined package for increasing your authority and impact. The workshop takes place several times a year in London with very limited places. We offer a special price for this combined package.

Judy Apps

Combining the skills of a performing arts and business management background, Judy has spent many years unravelling the secrets of how great leaders inspire others, and now teaches these skills to people from all walks of life - from executives on the board of major international corporations to media people, politicians, and individuals just wanting to find the best of themselves.

With 20 years' experience in developing creative training programmes and in coaching, her programmes emphasise the reconnection of mind and body - i.e. walking the talk - and ways of awakening the ability to move, energise and influence others.

Judy is passionate about people finding their voice in the world.She knows your voice is a major part of how other people perceive you and of how you see yourself. Changing your voice, you grow in confidence, other people begin to listen to you, you begin to exert influence over others, and miracles begin to happen in your life.

She has a way of working with people that combines a thorough knowledge of what exactly is happening with the voice with learning methods that are much more than vocal exercises, rather a whole mind-body approach that's fascinating and effective.

Judy's background includes Voice Diplomas from the Royal College of Music and the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in Rome, and a career singing and teaching in the UK and Europe.

As Director of Enlightened Ltd. she now works with major corporations internationally. Her 'Voice of Influence' course in London is well known and consistently attracts excellent feedback. She is also a certified NLP trainer.

Her energy is infectious and she knows that people learn best where there's variety and humour. Her dynamic techniques and intuitive way of connecting with people have enabled hundreds of people to achieve easily great leaps in their speaking and charisma and above all confidence.
