Two methods to develop your voice

There are two methods to develop your voice, and both are useful: One is to learn various techniques that will build your vocal fitness and then practise them.

The other is to find the way to connect voice and body, by getting more in touch with yourself. Most vocal problems arise because your voice has been cut off in some way from your body, so 'finding your voice' becomes a process of reconnecting.
